The Ambleside Dundarave Business Improvement Association is active in the community promoting business, tourism, safety and physical revitalization. We advocate on behalf of our members as a unified voice to District Hall on issues of common concern such as property tax rates, parking, street maintenance and signage. We can reduce your costs in marketing and promotions by creating district-wide initiatives encouraging residents and visitors to shop and support local businesses.
As a licensed business or commercial property owner within ADBIA boundaries of Ambleside, Dundarave and Hollyburn, you are eligible for membership, but you must be registered in order to have a vote at the Annual General Meeting on plans, budgets, and elections.
Who is eligible?
Class 5 or 6 businesses within our catchment.
Who is not eligible
Home-based businesses, businesses that fall outside of our catchment, or people whose companies do not contribute to our levy (such as individuals or businesses working in shared office spaces, food trucks, street vendors or buskers).
