Heart of Ambleside
By Tyler Toews
The “Heart of Ambleside” by Tyler Toews was completed in 2021 and was one of the first murals completed in Ambleside. The title of this incredible 3D mural was inspired by its location, which is widely considered to be the heart of Ambleside. The Lions Gate Bridge, the Centennial Seawalk and the seaside villages capture the essence of West Vancouver.
Lily Alley

The incredible 3D mural in Dundarave is officially complete! “Lily Alley” by Tyler Toews is located in the walkway between Treasure Chest Antiques and Ami Boutique. We’ve enjoyed all the work in progress photos that have been posted over the last couple of weeks and we are excited to be able to continue with the beautification of our villages through public art!

Rotary Lane on Marine between 15th & 16th, Ambleside
“West Van Odeon” by artists Mike and @emiliefantuz was completed in September 2021. The ADBIA wanted to recognize the nostalgia that this site held amongst the community and, after discussing options with the artists, came up with the idea to paint the iconic West Van Odeon theatre which closed its doors in 1991. Find this mural on the Shoppers Drug Mart wall at 1583 Marine Drive!
