A sweet new addition to the North Shore, Chez Christophe brings award-winning Swiss-inspired pastries, artisan chocolates, cakes, and specialty desserts to our community. Founded by Swiss-trained pastry chef and chocolatier Christophe Bonzon, the beloved Metro Vancouver destination has built a reputation for combining European craftsmanship with fresh local ingredients and innovative flavours. In addition to its signature chocolates, macarons, croissants, and cakes, the West Vancouver location features a welcoming café atmosphere and a unique lunch menu inspired by European café culture.
